There are several ways to do it, depending on what you are looking for. Also, there are lots of websites that can offer you suggestions, I've included a link for you below.

I'd really recommend reading a book called 'what colour is your parachute' also. Lots of tips on not only the CV, but also the cover letter and how to get the interview!

find examples online and model yours after that. try to think of some things to say about your self.
