you shouldnt need to prove anything. you are supposed to have faith and trust in your spouse. if that isn't the case there are bigger problems that your question suggests.

You don't say if you are the one being accused or the accuser. I assume you are the one being accused of cheating. If this is the case and you are cheating then you can't prove that you are not. Obviously, something has changed and you're pretty much caught. Don't even try to defend yourself. I'm not saying admit it but don't even try to defend yourself with a lie. Shame on you! If you want your marriage to work then stop cheating and work your butt off on getting your marriage back on track. Do whatever you can to make it work. If you don't want to stop cheating then let your spouse go. They deserve to move on without your lowlife cheating ***.
If you are not cheating then you can't prove that you are not cheating because you are not. I'd take a look at what's going on that's making them think you are. You have nothing to feel guilty about just something to work on.
Good Luck.

If a spouse is questioning you it is possible that some of your patterns have changed or you had an attitude adjustment and they just aren't sure about what's going on. The best way to settle everything is honest communication. Get all the questions out there and express how everything is feeling (good or bad). Sounds like there needs to be some sort of clearing in order for the one in doubt to be able to move forward.

Why does your spouse think you are cheating? there must be a reason. Try to find out. If you flirt with someone, talk to another guy in person or on the Internet it is not cheating.
When body fluids are exchanged, it is called cheating.

Relationship with spouse is based on 'Faith & Confidence'
which is very delicate. It needs to be handled with utmost care.
Can be proved only with dedication, sacrifice & selfless support to the other. It is your behaviour & actions which can prove your sincerity and nothing else.

there is no need to prove. all that is needed is love and trust. truth does not require proofs. it comes deep from the soul. still, to keep the relations better, men should listen to his wife carefully and try to express his love every now and then. and the women should try to understand and realise the men's mood at different times. this always helps.

It's not necessary. If there were issues prior to the marriage and they were not resolved.. Then the problem never went away. If you never gave him any reason to be worried about cheating.. then he is insecure.

You really won't be able to totally convince him that you aren't cheating.Just simply show him love and devotion every way you can and hope for the best.
