Depends on the nature of the woman's marriage, in my opinion.
If she has an "open" marriage, then there is no problem. Also, it would depend on who initiated the relationship.

If he knew that she was married , yes, as he is not ex-
cused just because of the nature of the woman's marriage
In a real marriage there is no such thing as an open
marriage because I have never seen that on any marriage
certificate. Once people realize the true meaning of what
it means to be married then there will be several questions
that won't have to be asked about marriage.

Yes he is in as much blame as she is in fact if not more. Why? There is a chinese idiom that goes "Friend wife cannot bully" You can do anything thing but not a married woman even if she consent to it, if her husband found out the man takes a much heavier blame than the woman. As a man by nature we lead and we are in control there are so many woman out there does it mean that this gives you the liberty to rape and molest even she is scantily dressed. Answer is 'No' right so it boils down to the self discipline of the man.

If he knew she was married then he is just as responsible as she is. Most of the time there is a reason/reasons someone cheats on their spouse. The marriage doesn't necessarily have to look bad from the outside. To others it could look perfect but to the people involved obviously not or they wouldn't be looking for someone else to fulfil whatever need they are missing. Usually it isn't sex that is missing it is an emotional element that isn't there so they look to someone else to provide it.

Sorry to be blunt hunny but yes. You are both to blame BUT i will take your side on one thing. YOU are not married you are completely single and lets be blunt your a horny male. You are going to feel bad for a while but it will past. Everything happens for a reason and if she got caught there's a reason for it.

If it's an open relationship then be real- they both wanted to have sex with other people too.

well both are to be blamed ma friend; i was really involved with that after my university days but it almost shattered ma dreams involving ma self with young married women; i became so good in it that at the end i find out married women get so attracted to me on ma first glance with them; he way i attend to them trips them; they get to tell me how they feel; and they se me as a good husband material but to b candid itmade me started puuting material ahead of ma love life cos i was gettin a lot from them that even when is tarted dating singles if u dont have the money i wont go out with u and that was not rapped in real love; so before i could settle down thinking of a love realtionship have commiteed a lot of blunders like havin a kid with two different woman (a married one and a single) that just wanted to be with me forever; labelling me "as the most romantic single they have ever dated" . Well so from all experience, i tell u if u are involve u have to desist from that act cos 1. High probability that she will want to be seeing u more often and she falls in love with u 2. they can do it to your wife too 3. U tend not to have a purpose for living again but just to satisfy her 3. u get carried away by material things especially if she is rich 4. U deviate from your goals in life 5. things will not just work out for u as usual ( that i cant explain but it is true)

"Blame?" Who ever said that anything was wrong? Two consenting adults engaged in sexual relations... Its kind of like what one of our former Presidents did, so its normal... right?

I guess it depends who's doing the asking and what the beliefs of all "affected" parties may be. According to most religions, such behavior is wrong--according to US law, such behavior is legal as long as you do not lie about it under oath.

absolutly yes.

But only if you knew she was married before you had sex.

It depends on what your after, if you want her to be with you, you shouldnt do it if you know she is married, if you just want a quick fling you probably wouldnt care enough to know it causes her problems.

If she has an 'open' marriage you should meet the husband first.

If the guy knew she was married, then Yes. If she lied and said she was single, then only she is at fault.
