The song has been sugn by a few male singers as well as a few female singers,it is called "I can't help falling in love with you" , it has been sung by Elvis Presley, Righteous Brothers, Kenny Rogers . It depends on who you heard that might be singing. Maybe you can narrow it down to the type of music you were listening to at the time ,like pop-Elvis or Righteous Brothers, or country-Kenny Rogers.
