i am so sorry to hear this, it must be so aweful for you! i take it that you are separated and that he has not moved in to the new house with you, that he stayed in his own house with his family? yet when you suggested a divorce, he said no! is there any chance of a resolution? if no, it will be 1 year in march which is too soon, youd better get a lawyer to seek an annulment before 12 month period is up. you will have to prove that you are in fact separated. you do not have to file for separation, only for a divorce. you can only get a divorce if you have been separated for 12 months. make sure you have lawyer as soon as possible, as things can get ugly very quickly...good luck!

Don't know how the legal system works but he obiviously doesnt want to get divorced for a reason. YOU NEED TO DIVORCE HIM.. he doesnt love you, and their is something you dont know, or are in denial about, as to why he married you in the first place. WHY? AFTER 8 yrs.. and now married he wants nothing, and he regrets it???? Dont get it.. you are the only one who really knows. BUT DIVORCE is the only option he has given you. Go to legal aid and consult with a lawyer. So you can keep your house and your dignity.

I'll suggest you engage a lawyer on your divorce case, not worth to save this marriage since your hubby told you he regretted. Move on with life quickly and get a better man.

Why do people always want a divorce. It is just too easy now a days. I think you should work at it. Dont give up coz thats typical of our times. rather fight for the relationship. You got married for a reason? Not just a "good idea".

It is bes to get a lawyer to advice you on this sort of case. I am quite puzzled that your husband can tell you such thing after 8 years of relationship. There is no point to salvaged this marriage.

Poor thing....

I have two female friends who have the same case just like you.

I gave them a powerful "gorng-tau" master's contact. Viola! Their husband is with them till now. Happily staying together! No quarrel!

If you really love him and can't afford to lose him. I advise you to see a gorng-tau master to save your marriage! This is something good for you and ofr your rest of your life!

Get a divorce, go to school, learn how to spell, something about sentence structure and you might find it useful to click on "check spelling" also.
