You have to believe in fate. Sometime no choice, the woman love you and knew you are married, so commit another relationship and that is not cheating, correct !

I guess it is something natural, for example if day in day out 365 days a year you eat rice for your meal and I mean real cook rice not even porridge or noodle or any other western dishes be it cereal or sandwich or bread. I guess you probably would get sick of it, but the bottom line is rice is our essential meal. So the moral of the story is we can have gf apart from wife but they are just gf and nothing more similar to your wife she can have bf and nothing more than that this will give each other a space breather which can sustain a healthy relationship. But ultimately we must remain faithful to our spouse
