About a bazillion times. But men are more sensitive in many ways. It is what devastates us as opposed to how much more we feel devastation. It also varies from woman to woman because we are people and not objects. Go figure. It's like trying to figure out all guys from knowing just one.

Don't let the sometimes more vulnerable appearance fool you. Women are pretty tough on the inside. They have to be. Grown-up women are not necessarily "hurt" by "hurtful circumstances". They do, of course, have to sometimes deal with something like the grief of losing a loved one, but women may actually be more skilled than men at dealing with some things.
Women are the gender that Nature has equipped to have and raise children, and teaching children strength and ability to deal with what someone may think of as "hurtful circumstances" are part of the job. It is unlikely Nature did not give most women the strength and knowledge to know how to do that job. Women are also often required to be strong for their children, so, again, don't let their more vulnerable appearance fool you.

The true answer is it depends upon the woman (the topic of your question); some are a fort of emotions, others are not. The key answer her is how high or how low is their emotional stablility when they are perceiving such things and whether or not their perceptions are spots on.

It depends, a prostitute never takes anything hard...as many people out there, they are pay for that, or there is a compensation waiting. For a fee or compensation, most people are not willing to take anything hard, not just women.
