Should human embryos, with possible anti social behavior caused by genetic make up be aborted?

Genticists claim that 90% of human social attributes are genetic and not learned. if so, and if the science of genetics can identify these genes that make a human be anti social, extremely aggressive, etc, should a prenatal inspection of embryos be included in the mandatory inspections of pregnant women, and any possible genetic malfunction in these areas cause the recommendation to abort these future possible hazards to society?

Some of our greatest genius' have had very anti-social tendencies and some of our greatest artists have had mental illness! We would lose many great minds by picking and choosing before birth!

This is an invalid premise. Antisocial behavior is as much learned as it is genetic. The worlds of business and politics are full of antisocial personalities who happened to be raised in rich households by loving parents, and were under greater constraints to conform. To know they're antisocial all you have to do is look at their adult behavior: Stealing company funds, bilking stockholders, robbing pension funds, selling influence, adulterous affairs, corruption...
The antisocials we see in prisons didn't have the advantages of the rich. They were raised in squalor, are generally uneducated, illiterate, and spent most of their childhoods hungry, neglected and struggling to survive.
But make no mistake: There is the same lack of conscience, the same "all for me" mentality, and the same willingness to hurt others to make a profit or gain an advantage. Just that in one world it's called "Politics" or "Business as Usual," in the other world, it's just "crime."
The likelyhood of being able to find out when an antisocial might be born is remote in the extreme.
