Problems with night driving (bloodshot eyes and being past road signs before I could read them) made me go for an eye test and I've worn glasses since. That was when I was about 25 and the lense prescription has changed twice since, am now 42. It's a regular feature of aging I think, but needs to be corrected for your and other road users sakes.

i think it is generally called 'night blindness'. Very common in people. Try getting a pair of those orange/yellow tinted glasses you see advertised in the papers etc. They really do help. If it persists, then best see an optician.

Because you require muscles for your eyes to focus on an object and as you get more tired, the muslces relax making it hard to stay focused.

its because you are tired, stop get out of the car and get some fresh air. When you are young you think that you are invincible, but in reality you get tired quickly due to your active lifestyle.

no, but if you do, you should pull over, take a nap, then get back on the road when youre actually fit to drive.
youll kill someone or yourself if you dont.
