I usually just pour some to the side of the french fries and I have enough for the entire meal. =)

brilliant question and really it's trial and error, at the beginning i had some MAJOR problems, a bit too much here and a bit too little there. alas! but in the end, i got the crazily happy ending and now i can measure the amount i need

I have absolutely no trouble. I get the estimate right everytime. I don't touch it! I can't stand the stuff. YUK!
