i love to joined for the 1 tons bills but can not stay to finish the war

That is the wrong reason to join an elite group of Marines. I think that is the wrong reason to join. Imagine if you dont get the money and your mission fails, then youre going to be stuck in the marines for a while. Its not as easy as it sounds.
