im exactly the same! i had good thighs, but for the last week ive been doing lunges (25 each leg, once a day)...and my legs are so much more toned and sculpted without looking masculine!! trust me, it really works...not that hard either! :)

Running, hands down. And it will tone the rest of your body- but your legs will rock!

do sit ups regularly at least 50 a day it streches your muscles and gives you hot legs
