The other 97% of the world wasn't offended, so let's all bow to the 3% that are. I'm SO sick of the PC BULLSH*T.

I thought it was a dumb commercial with a bit of an 'eww' factor. But I think the outrage of the commercial is ridiculous. They are making a big deal out of something that isn't and actually giving Snickers more mileage then the would have gotten from the ad on it's own - they've all but guaranteed it will be one of the most watched videos on YouTube.

It was stupid and if anything got people to NOT buy Snickers. They probably got a gay group to complain for an excuse to pull it. As far as anything being wrong, I'm not gay but don't see what they would find so offensive about it.

I agree with uKantSpel that we need to stop w/this PC crap. It's not that we're bashing gays, we just don't care if someone offended by a little commercial

I also agree with Jenn R^ that it's not gross because being gay is wrong, it's just different than what straight men do, than our "norm" (I'm sure some gay people would be grossed out by some hetero acts)

It's kind of hypocritical of society to say it's ok for women to disaprove of a girl-girl kiss but men are gay bashers for not liking a man-man kiss (granted, most girl-girl kisses on TV/movies are between 2 very attractive and probably straight actresses that is meant to turn on men rather than display the love between a lesbian couple ------but w/e).

Let me just say first - I am all about gay rights.

The problem is that the gay rights groups think that this portray's being gay as a gross thing. I just wish they would understand that to a heterosexual man, when you see 2 guys kiss, they think it's either funny or gross.

It's the exact same thing as when a gay man thinks about a naked woman...they get grossed out.

This is the 21st century...I know they have a long way to go to be where they want, but come on!

If they wanted to show a gay kiss they should have used 2 hot chicks. Nobody wants to see 2 guys kissing, not even the gays as is apparent from their reaction to the ads.

That's crazy, it is just a commercial. I have nothing against gay people, they have their right to chose the life they want but the commercial did not depict any one who was gay. The two guys were obviously straight so there should be no comparisons.

I'm not surprised the ad was pulled because everything is so PC these days. However when I heard that the ad was pulled I was expecting that angry homophobes would be the reason not this.
