No-one is born evil, the bad things that happen to them, their beliefs or the bad path they take in life can turn them that way.
There are evil energies in the Universe just as there are forces for good. Whether or not these energies have 'rebelled from God' which is why they are like that, no-one really knows but they are certainly there.
People like Hitler have such a low vibration of love that they 'attune' to such energies and evil is then manifested within them. God didn't create Hitler and Mussolini to be despots, they made that own choice through their own free will.
He gives us free will and 'hides' from us because He wants to see if we love Him and will search for Him. If He programmed us all to automatically love Him, what would be the point? We would be like robots.
So the free will is so He can see who really loves Him, but of course at the other end of the scale are those who kill mercilessly and without remorse like Hitler/Mussolini.
While God indeed detests what they do, He will not interfere with our free will. Remember God punishes the wicked and blesses the righteous (if not in this life, then certainly the next)

Can I answer your question with a question? In the bible (Book of Genesis) God created Adam and Eve and all the creatures from flying creatures to crawling creatures within 7 days making up the world . All these creatures were created 'good' according to His likeness. Who created the serpent in that forbidden apple tree and why was it forbidden? What was the end result of this biblical temptation winning over resistance? What was that Adam and Eve learned after using their own free will? If you could tell me the answer then you have answered your own question in pertainance to Hitler and Mussolini's reason of existence.
I am sorry to say but your argumentation doesn't make any sense. It is wrong to use the word 'creation' technically speaking to bring about the idea of their birth, but biblically it is okay since we all know we are His creations. But this is besides my point, my main concern is, their creation (Hitler and Mussolini) doesn't limit the explanation of the proof of God's existence. It's going to take a lot more of these two at least.

I dont think he did. Dont get me wrong I'm not a strong believer but if God did create everyone, then he does'nt have control over their ations. Just the same when a business makes there products they cant be one hundred percent sure that all the products are going to work perfectly. If people who are created by God were all good and walk in the way of the lord then we would'nt have diversty amoung anyone, the fact that some people are pure evil whn they come into power does'nt mean that God made them do it. We all are responsible for our own actions - and we cant blame a higher power or anybody else for that matter.

Yes, we have had people or rather monsters like Adolf Hitler and Mussolini, in modern times we saw others too, all these make us realize what is good and what is evil.
Such tyrants make us realize how much better off we are. This is probably his way of punishing us, so that when we see and understand evil do we realize what is blessed by God. This is also his way of punishment, when one lives through life getting so much of hatred.

If you drop the first part then you are free to understand more about the second part.
If you ask the question - what made Hitler and Mussolini the way they are? then the answer may be useful.
If you ask the the question - what made people allow Hitler and Mussolini to become powerful? then the answer is vital
If you ask the question - what part of me is Hitler and Mussolini? then you have the path to liberation.

I believe god creates these people to make us realise what good is to join people together to make us realise how we can help each other and stop the evil that is all around us.
Without evil there would be no good, without good there would be no evil.
Take for example if god created Adolf Hitler he also creates Winston Churchill to even the playing board.
Its us who chooses what side we join!

Do you really believe he created the final product? God created us with a free will. One that allows us to obey his laws or to reject them. Look at the 10 commandments, the prayer of Jabez, the commands to Adam or to Noah, or to Abraham, look at what Jesus told the Pharisees when questioned as to the greatest commandment. In every case obedience and respect of G_D is what is required. Consider that the men you inquired of, as well as Trotsky, Lenin, Stalin, Goebbels, Vlad the Impaler, Machiavelli, and many other were educated in Catholic schools, and that in those schools certain truths were espoused concerning gravity, thermodynamics, linguistics etc. Things that are unchanging in their own fields because they are true and fixed. The despots did not reject those; but, they rejected the orders and laws of spiritual truths which govern the soul. Same source diferrent result. They were willing to use the physical and social laws to their advantage but were unwilling to apply the spiritual laws to the physical laws to give them a pure and good moral foundation. Because of their pride they were consumed by their lusts for power and greed. Today we see the result of other, less powerful individuals that also reject these same spiritual laws. Observe politicians that uphold abortion (the killing of innocent children) as a right, or the unrepresented taxation of the citizenry as an obligation toward the government, and so on. We again head down the slippery slope toward Armageddon and Abaddon's rule

Men have freewill; he can choose whatever he wants to be whether being good or bad. But he will be responsible on what he have chosen.
God did not directly create Adolf Hitler and Mussolini, they are part of procreation which began when Eve conceived.

God by all means is the most convincing theory for humans to leave out what we cannot understand. Since God is always compared to infinity we cannot disprove it. I certainly think there are powers greated than what we already know. The Creator. But it does not necessarily mean what we think as God. He does not create good and evil humans, or maybe he does. We, humans, do not know the real truth behind the whole concept of our existence.

He gives us freewill to become whatever we choose to become. Some choose evil & will be punished in Hell in the afterlife. Some choose good & are rewarded in Heaven. If God stepped in & forced us to be good everytime we messed up then we'd just be His little puppets. What's the point of that? He gives us a conscience to know right from wrong & hopes that we make the right choices. He loves us but He lets us be. He gives us the freedom to find our own way & hopes that we will find our way to Him.
Don't worry. Hitler is in Hell where he belongs. This life is so short. The afterlife is what matters. It's an eternity. The evil do not get away with it. They are damned to suffer forever in the afterlife.
