10 years back i got married .Inlaws told us that the guy is an engineer but he was 10th fail only. he dont want to work. i have 9 year old son also. should i take divorce with that fellow. i came to my mothers place 6 years back. My son is with me. my Inlaws also misbehaved me every time. I am in a Job & can earn sufficeintly for me and my son.

I am sorry to know your story. I do not understand that why did you stay with such a guy for 4 long years. Anyway, in my opinion, it is better you take divorce and perhaps think of marrying again (only after you are legally divorced) to a decent person who would also take care of your son. Since you are earning and independent, you are capable of taking care of your only son.

Well u shud have left him the instant you knew the truth. Now with a child and 10 years of married life, you shud just stay married. But then you're someone who's independent and with a job, you have a choice to leave him and start anew. Talk to your elders and also your son. U mite think that he's only 9 but try him. Maybe he will surprise you with his answer. Tell him wat you're goin thru and wait for his reaction but the final decision is your.

When since 4yrs you are not staying with your husband then whyare you carrying this relationship. Get a divorce and tell your son the exact truth so that he doesn't feel left out and deceived when he grows older.

I Suggest you take a Divorce.
Your Marriage was built with a foundation of lies and hence it had to collapse.
You are a working Lady, able to cope up with necessities of life for you and for your child. You dont need to carry on with this cheat.
Divorce him, find a better loving and caring man.

Right, divorce him so you can move on with your life- anyway you and your child can survive since you earn a suffecient living from your job.
You dont wanna be cheated by them again. They've done it then, they'd do it again anytime...believe me.
