Yes, they do. English is such a wide spread language that also incorporates some words from Spanish, French, Italian, etc. that it is widely known. When it comes to popular music, especially song that are not hateful, violent or negative, it more times than not becomes a major it even if the lyrics and sung in English. Peace.

Music is a feeling first and a language second... I would rather listen to a band sing in Russian with true feeling, with a sound that speaks to me, than listen to empty English pop lyrics. Having said that, say that, hypothetically, a foreign band I liked released a song in both their native language and in English... well I couldn't say. Like I said, it's all about how it feels.

I assume so. People in English speaking country's listen to foreign music all the time. I personally listen to Japanese music lots.

In India english music is big.Most people listen to a lot of regional language stuff and english.but lots of people listen to only english stuff.Twas not like this 20 yrs back cause record companies werent releasing albums here.
