No I think it was Blood Sugar Sex Magic. I love the Chili Peppers and that has to be their best cd ever made by them. You can get into every song on there.

I entirely agree. It improved upon Freaky Styley's content and quality without shifting too far from their sound. BSSM was great too, but Mother's Milk is easily my favorite. I'm still a fan after all these years, but I'll always love their earliest stuff the best. The What Hits!? "best of" album pretty much says it all.
