You're probably just missing an audio codec. Try downloading and installing gordian knot codec pack - it will contain pretty much all the audio/video codecs you would need. http://gordianknot.sourceforge.net/

check the sound is on on your pc sounds stupid but it happened to me and when i put it on it worked
