sometimes i dream that like i am going on a road...and i fall...or somethng hits me...and when i get a brief..1 second shock(in real)..and i wake up..and have no trouble sleeping afterwards...
it happens like once in a week...
it happens exactly same to my (identical) twin too
what could this mean?

The road represents your life, and where you are going, if the road it smooth and wide, you have no trouble in your awaking life, but if the road is or gets narrow and bumping, rocky, then you are going through some issues. For you to be hit, or fall determines that one of you is going to pass through some hardships, and/or obstacles in your life. Be there for one another.
