Sighhh, scroll past the morons to read this...

A recurring nightmare can be :
1. spriritual
2. psychological

I tend to look towards the spiritual reflections, but sometimes recognize it could be a shallow imprint on your mind from a movie, conversation, or similar mundane experience, and thus psychological. It then comes to fruition in your sub(other)consciousness when you're sleeping.

An example : my grandma has passed away some five years ago. She has visited me a few times since in my dreams, always very hateful and angry. She was, in her life, very angry and repressed overall. Sad. In the dreams, I responded in fear and ran away from her shrieks.

A week ago she visited me and she was finally peaceful and seemed to be kind of ashamed of herself for being so angry. I was loving to her and asked her if she was okay. She said "I guess, I'm okay yes". She then quickly told me something in a few sentences relating to the genesis of this universe. It was, as I assumed, a message for me to search out on the conscious plane, on the tangible and hard evidence level, and sure enough, I was given a discrete and plain answer to a question I asked her in the dream. The implications were massive.
