Keep in mind I am only in year 9, it can only be filmed at school and we have a very limited budget.
Any way heres the plot:
Theres this kid who arrives late to school and the teacher gives him a detention slip (this is a piece of paper with your name on it, signed by the teacher, and when you get one you have a detention) but the teacher forgets to write his name on it (or he distracts theteacher or something). anyway the kid has this detention slip without a name on it, so he could give it to anyone in the school... this makes him the most powerful kid in the school.
Heaps of people try to convince him to give it to them, so he gets his two best friends and they go away from everyone else and they start to fight over it. One of his best friends offer to chuck it in the bin for him, and he gives it to them. But then he realises that they were actually taking it for themselves. He runs after them, gets the slip, and locks himself ina room, he realises that this has destroyed his

Wait-why would that make him the most powerful kid in school? Because someone who had it could write the name of someone they hated on it? And why would he believe his friend was throwing it away for him, does he have no arms? And why would there be dramatic music? I would a comedy, much easier to do on a limited budget.

Try adding some salt & peper, may be the interferance of his g/f, or may be the teatcher himself was doing this intendedly, watching the story from near by, or even the paper reached somehow the principle giving the teacher himself a detention (comic script). Anyhow giving yours 5/10.
