Where Can i Customize My own Car online?

I have my own car, yet i don't know what color to paint it rim size or any thing im looking for a free site in where i can see my car with different colors rims lights door etc. . anyone have any ideas?

there isnt a made program. theres too many different parts/combos, and not all are compatible.

best bet is to find people with the parts on their cars, then photoshop them into one one pic.
