Well, kind of. If you think about, yes many weird things have happened there, but weird things happen EVERYWHERE. Also, the waters in the Bermuda Triangle have more salt than other waters around the World. This causes ships to sink, since relativly, the ship weighs more. I have no clue about the plane crashes though.

Yes it is true. Scientist are still searching for an answer as to why it happens, though. There was a recent study done regarding bubbles filled with ( I forget which chemical ) emerging from the ocean floor, and rising to the surface, causing instruments to go hatwire, and a slight loss of mental awareness. However this doesn't explain the magnetic pull that some feel, nor the complete disappearance of some vessels.

The myths of it are not true. However storms are in high frequency in the Bermuda triangle. So that explains why so many ships disappear there.

I believe there is truth that this area has increased storm activity and methane gas pockets on the ocean floor that can erupt and cause havoc to passing ships and even planes...I don't think it's really supernatural, just scientifically proven facts that add to the folklore....in short, lots of folks let their imaginations run away with them when things happen that can not be easily explained...
