Rapists and pedophiles should be neutered, because it has been shown that psychiatric and psychotropic treatments have little or no long term affect on their behavior patterns. Once they get a taste, it is permanent, and they are a permanent danger in society.
Men who father children with multiple women and take no responsibility for their children should be neutered also, because they create a burden on society that is unacceptable, and since they won't take responsibility for their behavior, we as a society should ensure that they don't create responsibility for us.

I do think some should get neutered!! But where owuld the human race go! Maybe you should just need to get a licence to breed LOL

lmao@the premarital sex thing. how do you check for that? does everyone get their own personal chaperone? and y not just go ahead and do adulterers,? what about women get raped while they've virgins. does that count? we do have birth control methods. it's called condoms and birth control pills. i'm all for the death penalty for rapists and child molesters(not to mention spousal abusers),but who sets the limits,and what if *you* fall under their criteria?
