This is an example of a common word game that English speakers play.

When we say "sch" and the rest of a word, we are being sarcastic or saying that it isn't important. For example, imagine that I want to throw a party, and I don't care how much money I spend. I might say something like, "Money schmoney! I want to make sure that everyone has a good time." This shows that I don't think money is important.

Therefore, I imagine that this piece of work is going to make fun of dignity or show how it is not important in some way.
