Brazil Nut - it is a fruit by defintion; I've included the wikipedia reference only to lend some credence to the notion it is not made into juice (wikipedia is a dubious citation, I know).

Many dry fruits qualify but this is in a strictly botanical sense (in cuisine, it seems necessary that the prerequisite for being a fruit is not being dry... semantics). At first I thought Walnuts but it is easy to find references to Walnut juice.

Pumpkin! Technically a fruit, it has seeds. Watermelon can be juiced and added to cocktails. I've had juices containing banana, strawberry, kiwifruit, passionfruit, starfruit and mango
