Here is the exact route of the relationship

A in Clan 1 produces two sons B and C
B produces daughter D, while C produces son E
E produces son F
D gets married to Clan 2 and produces daughter G
Daughter G gets married to Clan 3 and produces daughter H
H produces Daughter I

Can daughter I in Clan 3 get married to son F in clan 1?

OK tell me if I have this right,
D and E are cousins
F is D's second cousin

D is I's Great Grandmother

Doesn't that leave a generation between F and I's age?

so your great great grandfather (B) is his great great uncle? I thin that's too removed to cause any problems with kids - but if you want to prove it to them, ask a doctor.
