My friends are bullying me , but i don't want to fall out with them or get them in trouble because one of the only does it when the other is around and some of the time they are the best mates some one could want. What should i do?

They are not friends; just bullies!
Ditch them and find some real friends, friends may tease, but this will be done with respect.
The one who is close to you when the others are not about, he is not a friend. a friend would stand with you against all odds.
find some real friends and report these bullies, they can only remain bullies if the can get away with it.

tricky, tricky. are you a new student in school and needing time to adjust? are they bullies who move from one victim to another? what are the views of other students? do they think they are just joking? however one sees it, you should let the closest friend of the group (if you call them friends) how you feel. otherwise, find new group of friends who could shield you from these bullies. verbal bullying is not right and has always been overlooked. act now or you will be miserable for a long time.

These "best mates" are not really best mates, they would not bully you at all. You need to stick up for yourself and get some new mates. You dont need friends like that at all.
Keep your chin up and confront them about it.

They are not true friends if they bully you. Speak to the one who only bullies you when the other is around and ask her why she does it and how much it hurts you. They may think that they're only teasing you in a friendly way and will stop if they realise it hurts you.

They are not friends believe me they are using you as a plaything
and they only want you when there is no one are about
Dump them and find true friends you are worth more than that.
And this is Bullying report them they could do it to someone new.
Bullying is a very bad thing you have the chance of exposing them. put it in a note and hand to your teacher or get someone else to do it But do it now.

Best mates can be cruel too, normally because they are simply immature.

To deal with this, you must take the mature part here and either (1) remind them, firmly but politely, that bullying hurts ....... and stop it ....... please ... or (2) let it rise above you, tell yourself repeatedly that you are not the target and I suspect slowly but surely, the pressure will ease.
But be aware you are always going to find this kind of thing in life experience as you go through it. Train yourself now to deal with it and it'll stand you in good stead for other events!

Best mates you could want don't bully. They're dead-beats, drop them and find someone who likes you for you.

don't let them get away with that!!!

if they're bullying you, that's not on, doesn't matter how nice they are after half an hour of making you miserable, they shouldn't make you miserable!!!! you can have good mates that aren't nasty, you don't need to compromise!

speak to them and tell them you're not happy. if they are genuinely nice folk, maybe they just don't realise that you're unhappy with what they're doing. otherwise, stop hanging about with them and get some new friends.

You don't need to be miserable!
