DOeS ANYONE REMEMBER THIS MOVIE?

Does anyone remember this tv movie from the late 80s/early 90s? it was about 2 geeky teenagers (i think they were brother and sister) and they impersonate 2 foreign exchange students at their school and become all hot and popular. they get busted but everything is resolved in the end. might have been a disney movie on a sunday night
