An excellent song is "Someday I'll be Saturday Night" by Bon Jovi. Its a rather old song. You can find it on The "Crossroad" cd that the band released around 1994. Definate never-give-up lyrics.

Move Along by The All American Rejects...in my opinion they're an ok band but its the first song that came to mind.

Have you heard Hatebreed? They have an awesome album called Perserverance.. they are hardcore and trust me this is the album you need to hear.
Every song on it is about not giving up.
