As I understand it, strangely enough the phramacy field has an unevenly large portion of female than male. Why do you think that is? How do guy pharmacists like their job? I mean, I know the whole part-time thing, benefits, and others are great for women. (I don't mean any disrespect, but many of my female friends tell me that it is true). But for guys, do you feel like you have no more promotion or whatever. Anything, any feedback is appreciated.

while there are more females becoming pharmacists than males, there are still more male pharmacists out there.

I'm not sure what you mean exactly by 'more promotion or whatever'.

Pharmacy is a pretty flat hierarchy. Essentially there are 3 levels. The majority of those that are just staff Pharmacists don't wish to be managers. Most managers don't wish to be directors. And most directors wish they were doing something else.
