Depression is caused by many things it is a nuerological imbalance in the brain, or can be an environmental thing. People overcome it by, seeking phychological help if needed, and sometimes perscription anti-deppressents if that is what the person is comfortable with. Natural remedies are also accepted and shouldn't be ruled out. Depression is usually a reoccuring thing and There are many forms and Extremes of it. Everybody has there bad days and ood days but when these 'mood altering times' interfer majorly in nes life, it becomes more of an issue and is usually then lokoed into depression.

If you are having problems, consult a physician. But it is due to a chemical imbalance of messengers in the brain called neurotransmitters. There are several lines of anti-depressants available in addition to counseling.

It's a time when you feel sad and you are not in the mood to do anything than to wallow in your own failure in something.

This is the time where you feel the need to kill yourself.

However, if you manage to get out of it. You will survive this phase in life.

Depression like any part of your life will pass. Only in time you will get back on your own feet again.

don't take the word depresion and delete it from your dictionary. You will be fine.

It comes from focusing on the bad events in life, rather than the positive ones.
It comes from others telling you who you are, rather than showing them who you really are.
It is trying to please everybody except yourself.

Do just the opposite of the above mentioned.
