How about self-respect? If you don't work hard, then you clearly didn't do your best. Do you really want to say that you didn't do your best?

You have to work hard at finding a place that has a need for and will appreciate your work. It's a lot easier to run once you know you are running in the right direction.

man great question but when your in the military...many lives depend on you if you start to think that way many people can die...and it always seems as though they don't appreciate your work but deep inside they do. they just wont tell you.
