I heard about this guy who got dressed up, had his girlfriend dress up (formally) and they went to McDonalds and ordered off the dollar menu. He brought along his own table cloth and candle so that it would be just like an expensive restaurant. Some people think that it's cheesy, but I think it's romantic and sweet. In addition to that, buy a flower and make a nice card. Things that are made are much better than things that are bought. Trust me. :)

As others have suggested, you can have sex, do pelvic rocks (like swiveling the hips or dancing) or go for a walk. However, you might want to ask her doctor or midwife if there is any reason why she shouldn't do some of the following. If you ask if she should do these, the doc will often just say no, because they don't know how effective they can be. A more effective way of asking would be if there's any reason that she *shouldn't* try them. 1. Nipple stimulation. Either by herself, you, or a breast pump. It might seem funny, but some serious heavy petting and really rubbing/sucking on the nipples can stimulate labor. Midwifes recommend it all the time! 2. Drinking castor oil. Its nasty tasting stuff and might give her diarrhea or make her vomit, but its an age old way to start labor. She'll have to drink several ounces - just make sure she has some juice or something to chase it with. 3. Accupressure. There are a few specific points to try. Apply firm pressure to the meaty part of the hand between the thumb and forefinger. Also, there is a really tender spot about 3 inches above the ankle bone on the inside of the leg. Feel around with firm pressure from you thumb - it will be tender and she may jump when you find it. Apply firm pressure to those spots for as long as she can stand, at least 10 seconds or so at a time. Those are some tried and true techniques that midwives have used for hundreds of years to stimulate labor. Just remember, only the baby can decide with he/she is ready to be born. Relax and enjoy the last few moments of calm before the storm! Congratulations!

Make dinner, something easy that you won't mess up (PLUS dessert and maybe wine)... Or just buy it. Pack it all up in a picnic basket, and take her to your terrace... Under the stars, put out a big towel and talk... Enjoy your meal, and maybe more?
If you don't have a terrace, try the beach. I love the beach on a cool evening... It's really romantic.

well a good place to take a girl is the city at night. perhaps near a harbour or river. the city is beautiful at night and girls really appreciate the beauty. the city is free and there is usually plenty of stuff to do. if the city isn't close to you go see a movie or have dinner together at your house. hope it all goes well.

See if you can get your parents out of the house and then make a romantic candle lit dinner for her.

dude you have to be creative and heartfelt in what you do for her, make a picnic or something or have a special snowdate...depending on your weather
i know when i was 16 (last year) all i wanted was to spend time with my bf, instead he was at an away game and made it up to me with presents....so it depends on your girl.
