Look for subtle body languages that people display under pressure.
For example, when someone is being scrutinized, often times, their fingers will play and fidget when fondling an object. They will breath faster (or forget breath and gasp)
their knees will jerk, shake and fidget.
shifty eyes are another
moving the leg or foot up and down or rolling the fingers on a table.
The face turning red is a great example. Plus sweating (excessive) and getting hot
voice is shaky, inaudible
shy
The best exercise that you can do to figure yourself out is do the following. Get a friend and a camera. set up a mock interview with the same settings and professional attitude.
video tape your answers and responses and look at the body signals you are making. Only by recongnizing your nervous ticks, than you are more conscience of your actions, better mentally prepare for an interview and most importantly, keeping a calm, cool approach.
goodluck and work at it and you will et results

Everybody gets nervous.
Rather than trying to combat it, realize that it happens and go from there.
Johnny Carson was asked about whether he felt nervous when he went on stage. He said he always felt nervous.
Confidence might help to cure all the other things that make one feel nervous.

Sweaty Palms, words coming out all jumbled, weak knees (like they might just buckle), trembling hands, the insides of your mouth going dry.
When I'm nervous, I try not to show it, and I'm guessing I do a great job, but I get this sharp pain in my tummy sometimes when I'm VERY VERY nervous.

Posture, rambling on and on, not being able to string a coherent sentence together, jittery, tone of voice, a nervous person is clearly spotted - have confidence without arrogance, and relax.

plenty.
there are somatic arousal symptoms, like short or loud breathing, sweating, figeting or shaking (legs, arms, lips, etc.)
behavioral indications: stuttering, folding arms on chest, touching face, nervous laughter, in some cultures not looking in other person's eyes or not smiling.
there are plenty more.

You will shift your eyes more often, grip your hands or flex them without knowing. You perspire and your body temperature rises and they can see this by the coloring in your face. Your eyes may dialate because of nervousness. You would also rock back and forth from foot to foot.

Yes, I was very nervous about telling my boss. Unfortunately, I had some early complications and had to tell him even sooner than I had planned because I needed time off for unexpected tests & appointments. I still haven't decided if I'm going to continue working once that baby's here, and I knew he was going to ask about that. It was rough, but I'm glad it's out of the way. Good luck!

very good . its come from lack of confidence although u know the topics. when u representing sth then all concentrated upon u. they see that u are hesitating and fell uncomfort before them .and when conversing with them ur stamaring.
so one thing u can do be straight forward and bold and strong minded be overconfidence about the topics u know.
