I do not recommend using your real name here at all.
Most people want to stay somewhat anonymous, don;t want to risk being harassed.
You can change it to New_Bride7_2_005 Or any such combination by going to your profile or "My Account" and clicking on the edit button until you change it. In email you would click edit twice and also click once and scroll down to address/contact information . Then click edit there too.

As long as you are not wanting to change your email address or reply address for example
if you email was linda.crick@acompany.co.uk you could not change it to linda.bailey@acompany.co.uk without first taking to your IT department. They would have to setup a new email address for you. You would then need to continuing using BOTH until all your contacts had updated their info with your new email address.
If this is an ISP then you should be able to add a new email address yoursels, otherwise contact the ISP.

For personal email, this shouldn't be a problem. However, if you're going to change your name on your outgoing work email, your HR department might need to submit a change of name form. You should probably check at your workplace.

If you are using Outlook Erpress or Outlook, you can change your "user info" from your old name to your new one. Usually under TOOLS, Email Acounts (or look in help). Other email programs have the same capability.

If you said which email you use, we could help specifically.

Yes. There is an option in the mail program which will let you change the name without changing anything else.

Definitely you can. Email id is different from your name. So name can be changed as anything you want.
