Can anyone tell me what Time Travel movie I'm thinking of?

Question

All I can remember about it is that in the future time travel is used for tourism with future tourists visiting famous hisotircal events (1906 Earth Quake, sinking of the Titantic, ect). The plot centered around cops from the future coming to the present to make sure the secret about time travel wasn't discovered to the present(where the movie takes place).


I used to see it frequently on late night cable TV but now I haven't seen it on in a long time.
