Dreams/goals success stories: Do you have one?

Have you ever dreamt of something for years, wanted it so bad, and finally achieved your goals? What and how?

Yes I have. I met my partner and retired early.
I worked hard, invested wisely and was there for someone who needed a true friend.

I have had many dreams, but only 2 came true. One, I got a gf, 2, I became an EMT (Emergency Medical Technician.)
