Is it normal to have period cramps when it isn't "your time of the month?"

Could be ovulation pain if it's mid-cycle and that's totally normal. If it's not mid-cycle, might be something that needs to get checked out.

If it is not your time of the month, it is not period cramps - it is cramps.

It could be gas. sometimes i have really bad abdominal pains and if i drink a soda i burp and i feel alot better.

it can happen, if it happens too much go see your doctor because you could be developing fiberoid tumors. but once in a while it happens to everyone.
