Want the best tour/hotel options to Munnar?

I'm planning a trip to Munnar in Kerala, can anybody tell me the best options- for budget hotels, local sight seeing etc, I'd be interested in checking out good home stays as well. pls give figures for all tariffs/rates/phone nos. I did check out some travel sites -but mostly unaffordable for my requirements. thanks for your time...
