It's Nouvelle Vague
A French band who have produced two albums of New Wave/Punk songs in a bossanova style. Nouvelle Vague means both New Wave and Bossanova
They have also covered songs by Joy Division, New Order, XTC, Sisters Of Mercy, The Clash
The version of Melt with you is on their first, self titled album
