I have only been married to 1 man. We have been together for 6 yrs and married for 5. He is the father of my 2 kids aged 3 yrs and 17 months. He is my rock and will do anything for me. Some ppl say it is only a piece of paper, I don't agree. It is a bond that is hard to break and shows the world that we intend on spending the rest of our lives together! And all 4 of us have the same last name lol.

Twice. First one ended in an amicable divorce. Used the same lawyer and went out to lunch after.

Went with him 5 years and the marriage lasted 7 because he couldn't find his bed.

The second time about 20 years and ended in his death.
It has been 10 years and I still miss the devoted friend he was.

Hope yours is the only one.
Remember to be a friend.

I was married for 5 years and it was my first time. I never plan to marry again. He was abusive, he was fake, and he put on a show in order to make me his. Once he had me, I was nothing. My man would like marriage now, but I don't. It complicates things. Spiritual is good enough. As long as God knows, you don't need a piece of paper. My cousin did this for 15 years. She was married religiously, and she's catholic, to a man and they had two daughters. He became abusive. When it came down to it, she bought a house, took the children, and left him. Nothing legal attached. Just one goes their way, the other goes their own way.

I have not been married for 14 years. My first marriage was bad then a 6 month rebound marriage. I decided 2 was enough.
