During the first few weeks, I barely had an appetite. Since about last week, I have been noticing that the amount of food I eat is not enough, I still feel hungry. Or I will be satisfied for a bit, then hungry in an hour or so. This is my first pregnancy, and I am just having a hard time distiguishing the difference of actual hunger or anxiety. Is it possible that this early in my pregnancy I already begin to eat more? I am simply concerned because I do not want to gain excess weight.....what mom does right!

Don't Worry the first 10 weeks I was pregnet I wasn't that hungry, but soon after that my appetite kicked in and I started to eat for two. Remember your not just eating for yourself you have to double what you normally eat for your baby to be healthy. If you eay healthy then your baby should be healthy, its a two way street. Just make sure to keep on eating a lot. This is your first baby so don't worry about weight gain, you'll lose it in no time after you have your baby.

Pregnancy is a good time to Eat Eat Eat, and dont' worry about the weight It will come off especially this is your first baby and if you breastfeed it will come off even quicker. The last thing you should do is diet,, you need alot alot of calories now that you are pregnant,, your body is creating another human, Eat Girl. Eat.!
