i don't have enough knowledge about this, but as far as i know, when you serve other country's' army, navy or aerial you will loose your nationality as a Filipino. And one requirement in entering a navy/army/aerial forces is the nationality. So you have to change your nationality to US first.

Why cant you not a citizen? if you join be a Seal (special forces) very tough training most people cant handle it, thats how they seperate the men from the boys.
