Unless there factory parts. I'd say no to the first . As for the second question. It could.

I'd recommend going to an exhaust shop, or a general mechanic to install your headers. The cold air intake system is a pretty simple install, so I'd actually recommend doing that yourself.

As far as the warranty goes, I'd talk to the dealership or email GM to find out definitive details on what will and won't void your warranty.

in my honest opinion, leave it stock until the warranty is over, well hell just leave it stock, headers wont do much, and if you dont know what you are doing with a cold air intake you wont see a big difference, cold air intake is almost rocket science, lol, well maybe not that bad, but if you use the wrong material, or position it wrong, all it will do is give you a slightly cooler intake than normal. hope this helps in any way

they will void the warrenty on those parts (obviously), but shouldnt void the rest of the warrenty.

ask the dealer. i doubt theyd install non-factory parts though. No clue why youd want to pay for dealer rates for such an easy job (CAI takes like 20 mins max, and for my car it took a flathead screwdriver. Thats it). any shop can install headers very fast also.
