The answer is 'it depends'.
What kind of car do you have?
If you have a mazda, yes they will install headers and a cai, and it wont void the warranty.
If the car company has a performance division, such as gm, mazdaspeed, FPV (ford performance vehicles..AUS) they will install headers and a cai, and it will not void the warranty. They are factory approved performance parts.
Now if the company is say KIA, and does not have a performance division, the dealer may install headers at your request, but it will void the warranty.

Ok first Off most dealership will have upgrades !

OK say if you go to Hannah Honda and wanted a fast Civic.
They would install wheels , header, intake and more if thats what you request before you buy car !

As far as the warranty OK as far as Hannah Honda I know they will let you keep waranty if
#1 they install what is put on the car
#2 if it is Honda certified !
#3 If they sell the part its Usually Honda certified !

I have seen a fully loaded Honda Civic with a $10,000 paint job
that had Factory warranty and They recommended a additional warranty for $600 for paint and interior repairs if needed ! SO yes and Yes , but only under certian circumstance like above ! Also most shop won't install anything on your car if it voids the waranty so make sure they install it before you buy the car , then they are at fault if warranty is invalid ! then you can talk to an attorney about it !

Yes and yes
They will install them ( you'll pay through the nose for it ) and it will void the warranty.
They will look for any reason not to honour your warranty
