Cute. Now, just out of curiosity, how were you going to shut down biological warfare? Stop medicne? Oh, and we can stop chemical warfare too. Just cut out manufacturing. Then we can gat back to good old clubs and spears.
The question is more of how do we get past the need to wage war, rather than how we go about it. And I don't have an answer to that one.
