i got this msg from one of my friends on msn, i clicked it and ran the stuff from it. then when i try to open msn after reboot it sent the same thing to all the ppl on my buddy list. what should i do, i ran ad-aware and it found nothing....help needed!!

use zonealarm suite the new one it is very good and can protect u from alot of stuff like virus,Trojan,spyware and it also has file control
or better than all format the hard drive and install the windows again that is always work good if the problem is still available its better to change the email maybe the email box got hacked on it and its hard to do it so, use first anti spayware and all this stuff

After a while, like me, you just delete the crap. Anyway click the URL below and you can download a free FULL trial of Norton's and it should take it out.
Also go to pcworld.com and cnet.com. They have free downloads too. Subscribe to them for free and learn something.

i cant see that page because i have java and java script disabled.
try doing a free online scan for viruses.
ill give you some links.
the first one Trend micro is ok but it will disenfect for free.
the second one finds more but wont disinfect.
