take some panadol while i have a migraine? I also feel a bit sick in the stomach as if im going to throw up. I have a hot flush at the moment.sometimes i throw up right after having some panadol. I would like some advice please

Yes you can take the panadol but if it is truely a migraine I doubt the med will work. Your best bet is take migraines meds and if you don't have prescription migraine meds then have someone take you to urgent care or ER to get it treated. If you do that the panadol and throw up watch for the medicine in the vomit. If you see it then you will need to take more after you feel better but if you don't see it then it was dissolved and you would not want to take more.

Well if you have a migraine, it can't get any worse right? As long as you are not on any other medication it might not mix with. And I would say take it with some crackers and chicken noodle soup and ginger ale. Usually when I get sick to my stomach from medicine it is because I have not eaten, and those foods will be gentle on your stomach.
