The text size is currently over-sized. In 'view' it already says it is on the smallest setting. What could be wrong?

Umm, it could be that your screen resolution is set too low. The lower the setting the larger things will appear. I know that sounds backwards!

Go to the Control Panel and double-click Display. You can adjust the screen size on the Settings tab. Slide it to the right to increase the resolution and make everything smaller (take up less space).

Well it also depends on what the WebMaster decided to put in as for FONT size. They could have used a huge font size or large and even with the view settings on the smallest the text will still appear larger.

Another way is that they ahve it set to one size only. Most site will have "small" this setting can be altered with the different viewing aspects of Internet Explorer, Firefox, or any other Browser. However once a webmaster chooses to put an acual amount for font size, then this cannot be altered. Say the website font is set to 16px. Then even if you have it on the smallest setting this font will be shown as 16px.

Hope it helps.
